California Hibachi

California Hibachi is a private hibachi catering service based in San Jose, bringing the full teppanyaki experience to backyards, patios and private venues across the Bay Area. Our chefs arrive with the grill, the ingredients and the show — onion volcano, egg roll, flying shrimp — then cook everything fresh in front of your guests and clean up before they leave. We cater birthdays, graduations, engagements, corporate dinners and family gatherings. Menus include steak, chicken, shrimp, salmon, scallops and lobster with fried rice, seasonal vegetables and house sauces, plus vegetarian and children's portions. Pricing is per person and quoted upfront, and a real person answers when you call.
